New Tourist Act changes

Representatives of tourism associations will be able to participate in the grading of hotels on a proposal to the National Council for Tourism, provide the most recent changes to the Tourism Act, prepared at the moment. In the Committee on the categorization to the State Agency for Tourism will be able to enter not only "nationally represented" groups and "representative" groups, which in fact opens the door to a larger number of branch organizations. Prepare amendments to the Law on Tourism aim to clear some legal obstacles that currently impede the work of the branch, explained his representatives. They will precede the writing of an entirely new law that will take time. The changes now affect primarily the categorization of hotels and restaurants, organizing the work of information centers, the powers of industry associations. Contrary to initial expectations categorization of tourist sites will remain unlimited, it is clear from the start of changes in law. Instead, the Agency for Tourism every three years will carry out a thorough examination of all the hotels and restaurants, and beaches and broken tracks. Checks for the chalets you will be five years. By three months after the adoption of changes in the law all the tourist associations is to be re Agency of Tourism and to enter the National Tourist Register. To this end, they must provide a number of court documents such as registration, list of members, certified copy of the statutes and others. The renewed Act will provide more new feature of the Agency for Tourism, which is to organize a network of information centers in the country and abroad. New here is that the centers will be able to carry out business from which to support themselves. It is unclear what will be a financial contribution to their country of operation. The Agency will approve the creation of all centers that want to work. After approval by the centers should be entered in the National Tourist Register.
